One of my core beliefs when it comes to business has always been that constant change is necessary to maintain a leadership position in any industry. It’s something I’ve written about in the past, and it remains a critical operating principal with all my Edible® companies.
It was true the first day I opened the door to my original flower shop, and it is still true today as Edible Arrangements® celebrates two decades of success.
That’s why I’m so excited about the latest evolution of the Edible Arrangements brand. Our goal has always been to eventually expand beyond special-occasion gifts to offer our fans more of what they love, including access to freshly prepared snacks and other products they can enjoy every day. Over the years, we have introduced more and more new snacks and treats in our stores, and now we are bringing it all together both online and in our neighborhood stores.
We are updating our digital infrastructure, including our app and website, to better personalize our customers experience. For example, if you place an online order to pick up in a store, you will get tailored suggestions for additional products.
